CARSON, Calif. -- Growing up in New Hampshire as a die-hard Revolution fan, Charlie Davies recalls watching his favorite team reach the MLS Cup final on four separate occasions last decade, only to lose each one.
"I remember them really well," Davies said to reporters on Friday. "I was a fan of the Taylor Twellman's and the Shalrie Joseph's, of Matt Reis'. I was also like, 'Man, how can they not win a championship?'"
