Two blonde bombshells, one moving back, and one moving in are sure to be well received in Port Charles. One Fiery redhead denies that she will be heading to GH.

Donna Mills, of Knot’s Landing fame, will be moving to Port Charles.   On Knot’s Landing Donna played Abby Ewing, troublemaker extraordinaire.    According to Entertainment Weekly. General Hospital writers were big fans of Knot’s Landing and she was the only actress they wanted to play a big new role.

The execs at GH are not talking about whom Mills will play.  Her new character will first be seen on March 14.  I can think of so many possibilities.   Can you?  Mills is looking fantastic at the age of 73. Can you believe she is that old?  How cool is it to still be working in a job you love at her age?  Her age though gives us some clues of what part she could play.  Perhaps she will be another member of the Cassadine family?  Silas has been talking a lot about his comatose wife lately.  Could Mills play Silas’ mother in law?  One could speculate that she could be another one of the Jerome family.  Perhaps the reports of Olivia Jerome’s death were wrong.   In any case, Mills will most certainly play a bad girl!  Who do you think she will be?

As for our other blonde bombshell, good news is in the works for Maxie fans.  Kirsten Storm is returning from maternity leave.  Hubby Brandon Barash and precious daughter Harper Rose are going to have to share her with us as she returns to work.  Storms tweeted. “Just spoke with [executive producer] @valentinifrak,” she wrote. “Very excited to return to work next week. I wonder what Maxie has been up to on her vacation…” I wonder what will happen with her and the hunky cop that is living in her apartment?   She left Port Charles to find herself.  I can’t wait to see what she has found.  I wonder what she will think about Robin leaving?

One rumor that has been spreading around the Internet that is supposedly not true, is that Michelle Stafford of Y&R fame is not returning to daytime and joining the cast of General Hospital. “I want u all to remember as u drift off to sleep…people who start rumors have super little pee pees…,” tweeted Stafford in response to the rumors.  Although her comment is funny, she does not really deny the rumor.  When ABC execs were asked about the rumor they had no comment. What do you think?
