SARASOTA – The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce held their 4th Annual Salute to Business luncheon today at the Hyatt Regency in Sarasota.
Nearly 500 businesses and community leaders were in attendance to honor local businesses at The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce’s 95th Annual Membership Meeting and Luncheon and the 4th Annual Salute to Business on October 27.
This year’s event honored exemplary member employers in three categories: Hiring our Neighbors, Investing in the Future and Attaining Milestone Anniversaries of Service in our community.
The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce President, Steve Queior says it is important to honor local businesses. “We honor them for milestone years of service. Our top honorees have been with us 90 years serving the community” said Queior.
The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce was established in 1921 and has over 1,600 members.
