One of the biggest challenges of the motherhood is the initial stages of going through the sleepless nights. And, diaper awake always occurs only during the sleep-deprived hours. Most of the mothers can hardly deep sleep, as they need to feed the baby through the night and these diaper change crying keeps them on their toes even in the night.

Here are few tips to help you and your baby get a deep sleep:

Create a sleep routine for the baby. It takes a lot of hard work to get a baby into any routine, it takes time for them to respond to habits, triggers, and routines. Make sure to continuously put through a series of activities that would calm your child before bedtime, like giving them a warm shower, a massage, putting on warm clothes, or singing a specific lullaby every night before sleeping.

Make sure to use diapers that come for a long time like night diapers. It helps in keeping the baby comfortable and keeps the baby asleep for a longer duration. They protect against leaks and would keep your baby’s skin dry even if your child takes a leak in the night. That all means baby stays comfy enough to stay asleep, which means tired parents can get some rest, too!

Give your baby a little soothing massage. Your little ones can have tensed muscles too due to their high energy. A very light gentle massage can work out tension from hours of play and stimulation, relaxing baby enough to settle in for the night.

Play some soothing tunes. Create a soothing playlist that moves from light to softer tunes. Using the same playlist every night helps send the message to the baby that it is time to relax and go to sleep.
