As of this writing, Dr. Vicki Belo's adorable daughter holds the (unofficial) recognition of being the most followed baby on Instagram worldwide. This was made known at the private viewing party of the 65th Miss Universe beauty pageant today in Taguig, which Scarlet briefly attended, along with her mom, dad Hayden Kho, and sister Cristalle Henares-Pitt.
A quick check on Instagram reveals that Scarlet has 779,502 fans, followed closely by bemedalled American swimmer Michael Phelps' 8-month-old son, Boomer, who has 774,565 followers.
At the intimate viewing party, Scarlet stole the spotlight as she confidently mingled with the crowd in an embroidered baby pink terno with appliques made especially for her by Hayden's sister-in-law, designer Cor Sunglao-Kho, and a sash that proudly says "Ms. Philippines".
