1. Cinnamon Sugar Cake Doughnuts

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 yolks from large eggs
1 cup sour cream, at room temperature
