JOB DESCRIPTION
• Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
• To ensure all customer calls are attend to promptly
• To provide accurate information about prices, packages, services, etc.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. FILIPINO – 18 years and above (no age limit)
2. At least High School Graduate
3. Amenable to shifting schedule – including NIGHT SHIFT
4. Average to Advanced English communication skills
5. Working knowledge in computer applications
6. Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
7. With or Without Experience will be considered
