Update: Variety reports that the New England Patriots quarterback and his supermodel wife have put their 3,000-square-foot condo unit in Manhattan’s Flatiron District on the market for $17.25 million after their new purchase in Tribeca. They paid just over $11.7 million for the pad in 2014.

On the heels of news that Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady had bought an apartment at 70 Vestry, the developer of the luxury waterfront condominium in Tribeca has officially released the prices of its residences.

Related Companies posted listings for 10 units in the Robert A.M. Stern–designed building’s website Friday for the first time since launching sales in April. The residences advertised range in price from $7.25 million to $29.5 million and do not include the two penthouses planned for the 14-story development.

An apartment at 70 Vestry with the same asking price was the most expensive contract signed in New York City at the time, according to the weekly market snapshot released by Olshan Realty last Monday.

According to the Olshan report, which looks at contracts signed for residential properties of $4 million and above, eight contracts have been signed at 70 Vestry since April, with an average price of $3,905 per square foot. The average price per square foot for a condo in New York City last week was $3,262.

Last week, news surfaced that Bündchen and Brady had bought an apartment at 70 Vestry for over $20 million. Sure enough, the Olshan report included a nine-room condo unit at the building that sold for $20.5 million. However, it is not clear if that is the exact unit purchased by the Brazilian supermodel and the New England Patriots quarterback. The developer declined to comment on the transaction.

With unobstructed views of the Hudson River, including Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, the luxury condominium also includes interiors by the award-winning designer Daniel Romualdez. Among its amenities are three pools, including an 82-foot swimming pool, a billiards rooms, a pet spa, a squash court, a children’s playroom with art area and climbing structure, a fitness center and a lounge for formal dinners and parties.

Occupancy of 70 Vestry is slated for Spring 2018.
