This Broccoli Ramen salad is so darn easy and delectable. It has five ingredients and takes about ten minutes to make! You can call it a meal or serve it as a side with some grilled chicken or fish. I know what you are thinking Ramen noodles? I know but don’t all people have recipes that range from super duper easy to this takes a little time and lots of ingredients. We all do! This is just one of those super duper easy recipes!
I kind of put this recipe together on a whim. I needed something to add to our grilled steaks and I really did not feel like washing lettuce. I am usually pretty wiped out by the time Friday evening comes along. Well Broccoli Ramen Salad fit that bill just right.
So take ten minutes , five ingredients and give your taste buds an exceptional treat!

Broccoli Ramen Salad
Ingredients
3 slices bacon chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 broccoli crown flowerets only
1 package Ramen noodles
Instructions
In medium skillet over medium heat brown bacon. When bacon is almost completely browned add onion and red pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
To medium pot of boiling water add broccoli flowerets and Ramen noodles. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain thoroughly and combine with bacon mixture and seasoning packet. Serve warm.
