The HR Keystone Program includes rotational assignments that involve candidates in different roles. Candidates will have the opportunity to lead their own projects, work with senior leaders, provide support to internal clients and present innovative ideas to our business. Schlumberger also provides extensive training that specially designed to our candidates to help successfully complete the program. It includes:
- At least 2 job assignments in the duration of three to four years
- Potential roles include compensation & benefits analyst, compliance, HR transaction and generalist, etc
- Curriculum step which should be completed within a fixed time-frame
- Assignment based on business needs and personal preference

The rotational feature of the program:
Rotational assignments are designed to build capabilities in different HR areas. The purpose is to prepare an accelerated career path for our future HR leaders. In this program, career opportunities will be identified, sponsored and initiated by the company. Future assignment will be discussed with management and candidates. Candidates have to remain internationally mobile throughout the three years.

How candidates are chosen :
The screening process is competitive and space is limited. To be considered, you must have:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations and HR related degrees
- 0-2 years working experience
- You must be globally mobile during the rotational period
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical, communication and detail-oriented skills, etc
- The legal right to work in your country of residence
