Job Summary:
The Houston HR Hub Employee Support Representative acts as a first point of contact for employees and HR staff on queries regarding, but not limited to, benefits, compensation, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and HR policies and procedures. He/she resolves the employee/manager request per the established procedures and is responsible for providing accurate responses and timely turnaround for all queries.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receives, categorizes and validates employee queries per defined procedures and creates tickets. - Assists with follow-up and keeps employees fully informed on progress of query, as per established KPIs. - Ensures the ticket is updated at all times until issue is resolved, and communicated to employee. - Coordinates internally per defined procedures and uses HR knowledge management tools to identify and respond with resolutions, quickly and accurately. - Accurately logs information in the HR ticketing system. - Categorizes tickets as per level of importance as well as HR specialty. - Assists with the coaching and development of new team members. - Complies with all applicable Schlumberger standards and policies. - Assists with the coaching and development of new team members. - Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy & Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.

Previous Experience and Competencies:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations and HR or Business related degrees with 1 to 3 years' HR or Business experience.
