So yea, I've been pretty much missing in action for 2 months now. I don't know if blogging has lost its luster or what. Between my accountability groups on facebook and posting regularly on instagram, the desire to blog just has not been there.
I'm still around though! And things are moving in the right direction again (finally!). Chris and I joined a new gym and we have been going together and apart but also keeping each other accountable (if I go before work, I'll check in with him and make sure he goes after he gets off and vice versa). We are working on coming up with healthier food options too and eventually (hopefully) that will all fall back into place.
I'm trying to get back to regularly logging my food in MFP as well. I feel like all the pieces are hopefully going to start fitting together again. And they need to be because damn. All the hard work I did for 2 years is slowly but surely sliding away. I've gained 40 (well close enough to 40.) pounds back in the last year and 3 months. Top left, was my all time high, 244. Bottom left, my all time adult low 186.2 and the right is me currently at 224.
It's definitely time to get back heading in the right direction.

Not sure how regularly I will post but I will try to come back at least once a month or so to see what progress I've made. I'm also trying to be a minimalist with the scale also. I want to focus on food and exercise and not obsess about the number.
