Here are some tips to get you started on your road to recruiting success:

Take a little time to produce an accurate Job Description – you’d be surprised how many people don’t and then wonder why the job seekers they are finding are not suitable

Be realistic about language skills – are they competent enough for the job you need doing?

Conduct your own interview for a specialist job role (phone based or Skype)

Skills competencies can be tested in the country of origin (Romania) if requested. This will be at the employer’s expense

Be clear about your company’s mission statement and articulate brand values so that it’s more likely to be a cultural fit; we will only put forward candidates to interview who are aligned with this
