Skills Provision is seeking a Pre Sales Engineer for our client based in Limassol, Cyprus. This Company specialise in the development of cutting edge products for the wireless solutions market. An excellent remuneration and relocation package for successful candidates.
Job description:
- Submit proposals and bid responses which include both technical (including system design with complex architecture) and pricing elements
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to expand customer base, evaluate, design, propose, and deliver world class solutions to prospective and existing customers
- Create winning solution designs based on prospect and customer specific requirements and deployments
- Represent partners in creating end-to-end solutions for prospects and customers, leveraging both partner solutions
- Work closely with service organizations to conduct trials, proof of concepts and demos
- Craft winning responses and creative solutions to RFI/RFP issued by prospects and customers
- Prospect, grow and develop business with the key strategic regional partners and provide project management for the regional projects
- The candidate may be required to travel to customer sites to perform installation, troubleshooting and testing
- Some travel required
Qualifications required:
- Must have 5+ years of pre-sales technical and business sales presentation experience.
- Extensive skills in analysing, presenting, demonstrating and discussing different solutions with the customers as well as executing customer needs. Good understanding of customer needs and proposing the relevant solutions
- Domain knowledge of mobile network solutions (end-to-end), design & dimensioning of GSM, UMTS, CDMA, LTE & WiFi networks
- Prior working experience in solutions design with mobile networks desirable
- Proficiency with embedded systems: knowledge of hardware, software, and firmware design for embedded systems
- Experience with creating demonstration tools
- Must have prior working experience in solutions design with mobile network architectures
- Must have strong mobile network troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to clearly communicate the product vision and value proposition to U-TX customers, prospects and partners
- Must be able to craft presentations and respond to written communications
- Should have working knowledge of tools and web development skills to craft demo, trials and proof of concepts
- Domain knowledge of mobile network protocols and standards desirable
- Prior working experience in solutions design
Other requirements:
- Excellent English both verbal and written and be able to interact with customers’ technical and business counterparts
- Good communication skills
- Rich interpersonal skills coupled with strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
- EU, Australian or US Passport advantageous
Package:
- Excellent salary dependant on experience (Non – Cypriot citizens are entitled to a 20% tax deduction for the first 3 years of employment)
