One of my very favorite meals growing up was when our mom would make these Ham and Pineapple Roll Ups. I made them the other day for my husband because I was in a huge hurry to put dinner on the table, and my husband was in love. He kept asking why I had never made them before! It seemed so funny to me because we ate them ALL the time growing up. This week things are super crazy, so I decided to make a pizza pocket version. They are seriously so easy to make - and the perfect handheld food for little kiddies!

These pizza pockets are the perfect handheld food for little kids!

Ingredients

12 frozen rhodes dinner rolls

24 slices pepperoni

2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

1 small can pizza sauce

Instructions

Thaw rolls according to directions on the package.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

After the rolls are thawed (but not risen), stretch out each roll and lay it flat on a greased cookie sheet.

Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto each roll. Top with a small handful of shredded cheese, and two pepperonis.

Fold the dough over the toppings and pinch the edges together. Try to not have any holes in your dough, as your cheese will melt out of it.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool a few minutes before serving.
