The new and larger office space is designed to upgrade the employee work environment and support further expansion efforts, including new employee hires, and collaboration with clients and strategic partners. The new lease will be effective on January 1, 2014.
Located in the heart of the Uptown District of Houston, The Galleria is considered the largest and most active commercial/retail center in Houston, and is also the center of the second largest office submarket in the city. The new space is accessible to over 375 luxury stores and restaurants, two high-rise hotels and three office towers spanning 1.1 million square feet.
Positioned on the 7th floor of the Galleria Financial Center, the new 18,240 square foot office will overlook the mall’s most exclusive shops, ranging from Fendi to Gucci, to Cartier and Prada. Situs Houston will join Merrill Lynch, UBS AG, Citigroup, along with 2,000 and counting real estate, financial and energy companies in calling Uptown home. The term is intended for 8.5 years, with the option to renew for an additional 5 or 7 years.
