The Coffee Artisan Organic Galapagos Estate - **1/2 - This is my first taste of Galapagosian (?) coffee. It is robust with a tobacco-y, leathery flavor reminiscent of some Colombians I've tried. Those aren't generally the top notch Colombians, however. The brightness isn't strong and one can sense some defects. On the plus side, this one does have a touch of sweetness that impresses, but overall, I find it kind of in the middle range of coffees. It's certainly recommended for those who like a robust flavor, though, and should work great with cream.
