I just looked Solofill up on BBB. Solofill is not a BBB member (not "accredited"). They have an "F" rating. Reasons given include lack of information about the company, and 3 consumer complaints (all categorized as "Problems with Product/Service") that were not responded to.

My guess is, they tell the end user to contact the retailer where the product was purchased. I was hoping to find a little more interest, make that passion, on Solofill's part. There's quite the contrast here, compared to the terrific customer service we're accustomed to, provided by the people who support our brewers and from whom we purchase our beans.

I checked the Consumer Product Safety Commission Web site but did not find any recalls under Solofill, V2, Vue or Keurig. This isn't surprising, since we're not hearing that it's a safety issue. It's just annoying - the brewer clogs and has to be cleared. A previous post indicated that BB&B and Target may have returned their Solofill Vue inventories. Since I'm curious, I'll visit my two stores (they're next door to each other) to see if either still carries Solofill's Vue adapter.
