Toolbox Talks
Any business in the electrotechnology industry knows that regularly Toolbox Talks are essential. These talks normally last around 10-15 minutes, with most businesses typically holding a weekly or fortnightly meeting.
The frequency of these meetings depend on the size, nature and location of the workplace. Particularly hazardous areas such as construction sites may require daily meetings while lower risk situations traditionally require only monthly or quarterly meetings.
The most effective toolbox (or ‘safety’) meetings are short and to the point.
