In the gm diet every day is different with the diet:

Gm Diet Day 1

In this diet all fruits are allowed except bananas that is why this is called as fruit day.You can eat all types of the fruit as many as you can eat.Fruits like oranges,apple,watermelon,kiwi fruit,papaya and many more.If you are hungry then stay away from the junk foods just choose the fruits which you want.

Drink water as much as you want at least 10 glasses of water.

Fruits are rich in fiber (soluble fiber)which will ease your gut.Intake of fluid release out the toxins from the body.Fruits are low in fat and it is a low calorie diet.Fiber in the diet keeps you full and make your body more active.

An apple (medium size) with a glass of water

Mid morning

half bowl of the contaloupe and glass of water

Lunch

A bowl of water melon and  2 glass of water

Post lunch

Oranges with a glass of water

Mid evening

An apple with a glass of water

Dinner

a slice of contaloupe with 2 glass of water

You can also drink water in between so that at the end of the day you can say it is about 8 -10 glasses of water you drink.

Gm Diet Day 2

Day 2 is also known as vegetables day.Only vegetables are allowed on day 2.You can cook your vegetables to make it eatable but forget to deep fry and oil are not allowed.when ever you feel hungry you can eat vegetables which you like most.

Vegetables are also rich in the fiber like peas are rich in protein ,potatoes are rich in carbohydrates, and carrots and beans are rich in fiber and essential vitamins.This day is low carbs day and it will utilizes stores from the body.

Don’t forget to drink 12 glasses of water in a day.

Breakfast

One boiled potato you can put salt and pepper on it for taste with a glass of water.

Mid morning

Cabbage and lettuce leaves ,celery leaves in salad form with a glass of water.

Lunch

Mix salad which include carrot ,peas, cabbage, onion,cucumber with 2 glass of water.Soups are not allowed.

Post lunch

Boiled broccoli,bell pepper,cabbage with salt and pepper with 2 glass of water.

Mid evening

Dinner

Mixed salad including green beans,carrot ,cucumber with 2 glass of water.

Gm Diet Day 3

On day 3 combination of the fruits and vegetables are included in the diet.But potato and banana are excluded from the other s are all included.

On day 3 your body will adopt this diet and start utilizes the stores fat from the body.The water will flush out the toxin from the body.Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day.

This will be the happiest day you can eat banana in a day which was excluded during first three days.Along with it 4 glass of milk and a bowl of soup are also included.

Now it is up to you how you can distribute the entire with a rich foods, drink water at least 12 glasses in a day.Banana is rich source of potassium ,it provide instant energy aid in digestion and low in fat and salt.Milk is a rich source of the calcium which strengthen the bones, teeth ,nails ,milk can be fortified with vitamin D.Drink at least 12 glass of water in a day.

A large bowl of soup without butter or oil and 2 glass of water.

This is a festive day for you on day 5 you can include rice or brown rice in the diet.Minimum amount of oil must be included in the diet.Drink as much as 15 glasses of water in a day.

Brown rice is a complex carbohydrates and high in fiber ,it aids in digestion.

This is an increment day for you now you can also add on more foods in the diet.From day 6 you can feel light and start reducing weight little more energetic compared to other days.Drink at least 10-12 glass of water in a day.
