With an endless coastline, bright white cliffs and charming villages, the little island of Jersey makes for a beautiful breakaway. Prices start from just £299 per person for selected dates. This includes return flights, 4 nights accommodation, free upgrade to half board and return local transfers. Hold luggage is not included in the price but is available as an optional extra.
Travel dates
Flights depart from London Gatwick and London Stansted airport. There are a selection of dates available for booking between April and June, and September and October 2014. Unfortunately, school holiday dates are not included.
Accommodation details
Accommodation will be at the Merton Hotel, a complex with over 90 years experience in hospitality. Ideal for couples, families and groups, the hotel has numerous facilities including 6 restaurants, cafes and bars. The on-site Aqua Dome features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, steam room and a hot tub. You’ll also be able to keep yourself busy on the surf machine or at the gymnasium and tennis courts.
The Merton Hotel is located a 10 minutes walk away from the famous waterfront capital, St Helier. From here, guests can easily explore local sites such as the Elizabeth Castle, the Maritime Museum and all the colourful cafes of the harbour. Further afield however, the islands has plenty of activities to keep you entertained: cycle tracks, walking trails, day tours, spas and shopping areas to name a few.
