NEW DELHI (July 12, 2013)–Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara gave a message of unity and to embrace Sikhi after his recent court hearing at a court in Delhi.  Jathedar Hawara appeared at the court under heavy police security this past Tuesday for a court hearing.  The session was however adjured because the lawyer, Surinder Singh failed to appear in the court because his father was ill.  His assistants were present in the court to represent Bhai Hawara.

Senior lawyer Maninder Singh was also not present because of a strike by the lawyers union.

Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara, as usual, remained in chardi kala with a smile on his face as media persons approached him for questions and photographs.  He asked Punjabi youth to refrain from drugs and read Bani.  Various Sikhs from Delhi and various parts of Punjab have travelled to catch a glimpse of Bhai Hawara.  Bhai Hawara appealed to the Sikh Nation to embrace the values of Sikhi.  He also urged all Sikh leaders to unite and work together towards the goal of establishing Khalsa Raj.

Bhai Harpal Singh Cheema of Akali Dal (Amritsar) appeared in the court specially to meet Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara.

Next court hearing of Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara is scheduled to take place on August 8th, 2013.
