I’m not sure if any of you have been following the Amir Khan family feud, but basically his wife Faryal Makhdoom has been involved in a very public falling-out with the rest of his family since early December.

The fall out was sparked by a naked selfie that Faryal Makhdoom took of herself, which she uploaded onto her Instagram account in April. This pushed Amir’s family over the edge and started a massive fight about how she dresses – something that Faryal has fought against. In case you were wondering, this is the picture in question:
It’s not even that bad or NSFW, but Amir’s family were not pleased. A source said:

Faryal was accused of spreading ‘nude’ pics on social media.
The boxer’s dad has branded his daughter-in-law “very evil”. Meanwhile, Faryal has opened up about the “abuse” that she suffered from his family, in which she claims the Khans have emotionally and verbally abused her over the years.
Poor old Amir has been stuck in the middle of the whole scandal and he begged for the war of words to end after Faryal shared a naked picture of his brother, Haroon, to highlight the double standards of his family. Amir himself has accused his wife of “destroying” his family name. The pair haven’t announced that they are breaking up as of yet, so hopefully if both parties quit all their childish behaviour then they can salvage the family relationships. Still, I bet the next family dinner is going to be pretty damn uncomfortable.
