A quick reminder to all exhibitors with booth reservations for the 2016 SHOT Show, your final booth payments are due this Friday, August 7. There are two ways to ensure your payment is received and credited to your account before the deadline expires.

For those exhibitors who wish to pay their balance by credit card, access your online booth statement through the Exhibitor Dashboard at www.SHOTShow.org/exhibitor. To find this, go to the dashboard, select your company from the dropdown box, enter your exhibitor ID, and then locate your booth statement. Once there, confirm the balance owed and submit your credit card payment online.

For those exhibitors wishing to pay by check, you’ll need to first access your booth statement and confirm the balance owed. Because the deadline is now just 48 hours away, you will need to overnight or wire your check to show management. The addresses for each of those delivery methods are listed on the booth statement accessed through the Exhibitor Dashboard.

Once you have couriered or wired your check, please email show management at salesmgr@shot.convexx.com and provide them the date you overnighted your check and the tracking number for the delivery service (FedEx, UPS, etc.). Please also email myself and Chris Tatulli, djeannette@nssf.org and ctatulli@nssf.org, respectively. Remember, you must schedule delivery so that your payment posts to your account at show management offices before midnight Friday, August 7. Need to reach ConvExx by phone? Call 855-355-7468 (and remember that the company is located in Las Vegas in the Pacific time zone).

The failure of any 2016 SHOT Show exhibitor to submit their final booth payment by the deadline can and will result in a cancellation of that booth reservation, as well as forfeiture of all prior payments. Remember, there is an extensive list of companies on the waiting list for booth space, and booth cancellations due to non-payment of final balances will quickly be substituted.

One other reminder regarding booth deadlines. Please note that if you have been considering a smaller booth or a cancellation, those change requests must be completed no later than tomorrow, August 6. Such changes requested up to this deadline will incur a 50 percent penalty against the booth space being returned. Any accommodated reduction in booth space or full booth cancellation requested after August 6 will incur a penalty of 100% of the booth cost.
