Razer Announces the Panthera: Their New Arcade Stick for the PlayStation 4

Finally, Razer officially gets in on the PlayStation 4 fightstick game. I’ve been waiting to see this one for a long time! Let’s hope it offers another solid option admidst the PS4 stick selection.

SNK to Show Off Version 1.10 of The King of Fighters XIV at PlayStation Experience, Complete with New Visual Upgrades

SNK is setting the standard for fighting game developers at the moment, doing all in its power to address fan complaints and ensure The King of Fighters XIV’s survival. With version 1.10 hoping to brighten up KOFXIV’s visuals, I hope more players give it a chance.

Frame 2:
CEO Gaming Announces CEO Dreamland, a Dedicated Three Day Smash Event from April 14th-16th

Acting as the warm-up event for 2017’s summer of Smash, CEO Dreamland should be a paradise for lovers of brawlers and platform fighters alike. Smash will still have a presence at CEO 2017, but without doubles events to delay proceedings.

Frame 3:
New Holiday Costumes Are on the Way for Street Fighter V, Alongside Other New Content

As you are no doubt aware, the holiday season is now upon us. Capcom has chosen to celebrate the time of peace on Earth and goodwill to all men by having the SFV cast dress up as Santa for their seasons’ beatings. Let’s just hope Akuma doesn’t steal Christmas. [Editor’s note: if he shows up at PSX, he totally will.]

Capcom Pro Tour Player Analysis: Will Problem X Cause Problems for the Competitors?

Just around the corner, Capcom Cup hype is sweeping the nation–or at least, my house. Ever since my interview with Problem X he’s held a special place in my heart, and a fantastic performance at Wednesday Night Fights has just made me even more excited to see how he does over the weekend.

Frame 2:
CKT|Fergus Offers an Extensive Primer for New Players Coming to Tekken 7

Tekken 7 is my most anticipated game of the next few months, and this is an absolutely fantastic primer to help those who are not already invested in the series get going. Plus, it’s always nice to see my character of choice is still decent.

Frame 3:
Is the Future of Super Smash Bros. Melee Playing with a Computer Mouse? Heeew Finds Out in This Netplay Montage

Sometimes it’s easy to forget that we’re a part of the FGC because fighting games are really fun. Heeew’s playful video is a great reminder of how great a time you can have, even when you’re not playing optimally. Even with a mouse, he’s still better at Melee than I am, though.

Bonus Frame:
Marvel vs. Capcom 4: Rise of the Reveal Rumors

Are we being taken for a ride?! This rumor mill keeps on grindin’: even though this logo turned out to be fake, then fears arose there would be no X-Men in the game, then maybe there will be… the want for Marvel is strong, we’ll see very soon if Capcom delivers.
