For folks who were considering picking up one of Razer’s new Atrox arcade sticks that we reviewed last month, here’s a little something for you. Razer, in cooperation with Capcom, recently announced the Razer Atrox Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition Collector’s Edition arcade stick for Xbox 360.
This new edition features the same innovative design and ease of customization as the stock Atrox, including the hinged top panel that opens with a push button and honeycomb floor for easy PCB installation. The top panel of the stick is now adorned with official Street Fighter IV art depicting the original twelve world warriors from Street Fighter II.
The Razer Atrox Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition Collector’s Edition is set to be released in late August via the Razerzone website and select retailers in the Asia Pacific region, with a suggested retail price of SG $299 (the same price as the regular Atrox). Whether the stick will be made available in the west is as of yet unknown, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated as more details become available for other regions.
