Winter Fashion: Oversized Chunky Knit Jumper and Jeggings
Hi everyone, last week I went to the Hexa Experience Center in Gurgaon. If you remember, I did get a chance to be a part of the media launch of the Tata Motors new crossover Hexa in Hyderabad last month. This month, they came to Gurgaon (for 3 days) to let everyone get to take a test drive and off-roading experience of Tata Hexa. I went with my husband and had a great time. You can read more about the Hexa Experience Centre here.
I had a little time to get ready so I decided to shoot a few photos at the venue with the car. So in this post, I am going to share my makeup and outfit from the little photo shoot I had there. Hope you enjoy!
Outfit details:
Oversized Chunky Knit Jumper: ONLY
Black Jeggings: Zara
Boots: Ginger
Handbag: Anne Klein
Choker necklace: Random
Sunglasses: Vogue Eyewear
On my Lips: L’Oreal Infallible De Rouge lipstick – 814 Forever Frappe
The jumper that I am wearing in this post is one of my favourite winter pieces ever. I love the shade since it looks good on medium skin tones like ours. You might have seen it featured in a fall fashion outfit last year. I got it online from Amazon (I think) last year and have worn it loads already. Hoping to get more use out of it this season. Being a neutral shade, it looks great black. The weather did not allow, else I wanted to add a pair of knee-length black boots with these black jeggings from Zara.
Zara and H&M have been two of my favourite brands since 2010. These were the only brands in South Korea and Sweden that I used to prefer for shopping. Their products are quite overpriced at times but I totally love to invest in some high-quality basics from them. These black jeggings are no exception. They are super comfortable, soft and shiny!
I have already been wearing boots even though Delhi is refusing to give me a reason to do so. These Ginger tan boots with tassels are my new favorites. I have featured them in a simple winter fashion outfit here.
For makeup, I just did a simple smoky eye using the SeaSoul Cosmetics Eyeshadow Duo (SS11). Applied the shimmery purple shade all over my eyelid and added the matte purple shade in the crease. Lined my eyes and applied some mascara. Used the Revlon Photoready BB cream to create the illusion of good and even skin. And highlighted using the Sivanna Colors Shimmer brick. I felt like adding a deep shade that has warm undertones might work well with the overall look. Red seemed too obvious as a choice so I went for the L’Oreal Infallible lipstick in Forever Frappe.
Do let me know what you think about this outfit. I am planning to do more of my real girl outfit posts for winter. Do you enjoy wearing chunky knit jumpers? Comment below!
