Amazon kicked off its holiday Lightning Deals at the start of November. There are over 900 lightning deals today, December 3rd. Our main focus is showing you the hot electronics, video games and toy deals. In toys, Amazon is also running a deal of the day with up to 40% off top-rated strategy and board games.
The majority of the lightning deals this year are Prime Early Access Deals, meaning you will get a 30 minute early start on these deals if you are an Amazon Prime member. A free 30-day Prime Trial is available.

Amazon runs Lightning Deals each day. These are short-duration deals with big discounts. During the holidays Amazon increases the amount of Lightning Deals it offers and the discounts are also bigger. They can go by very quickly so it is important to be there before the item goes on sale, if possible, especially for a hot toy or gadgets.
