So many people are inflicted by a low energy level that it affects their life in an incredibly negative way. As a gym owner I was advising people on how to boost their energy nearly as much as I was teaching them how to lose weight or build a toned muscular body.

The truth is when it comes to raising your energy levels there are some simple changes one needs to make in their life to bring about significant improvements.

Making the right choices when it comes to nutrition, exercise, supplements, stress relief and positivity in your thoughts will dramatically increase your energy levels and provide the fuel to enable you to stay energised all day long.

When I was asked for advise by my clients on how they could enhance their energy levels I would start by telling them a few NOT do does.

No Junk Food

Control your emotions, anger, fear, anxiety because these will dwindle your energy levels

Sedentary Lifestyle

Lack of Sleep

No alcohol or at least keep it to a minimum

Lack of exercise

Unhealthy diet including overeating and eating at wrong times of day

When you are filled with energy on a daily basis you will find it benefits you in so many ways, including a healthy mind, a healthier body and a healthy spirit. You will feel a power running through you that charges you up to accomplish so much more.

I want to write a serious of articles to help you in raising your energy levels and I’m going to start by telling you about 10 great energy enhancing foods.

Let me give you 10 great foods to start building up your reserves of energy.

1. Bee Pollen

Bee pollen is considered one of nature’s most completely nourishing foods. A great source of the energy essential vitamin B. It’s loaded with vitamins, enzymes, minerals and amino acids. Also has bioflavonoids an ingredient great for both health and energy.

2. Pumpkin

As its getting close to Halloween I just had to include this. It is truly an energy superfood. Loaded with Potassium, Magnesium, and Vitamins C and E, Nutrients and Fiber. The nutrients in pumpkin are really superb.

3. Kiwi Fruit

If you are feeling burnt out and tired, add kiwi to your diet. Kiwifruit are an exceptional source of vitamin C, Potassium, Fiber and Magnesium. Kiwis are among the most nutritionally dense fruits, full of antioxidants.

4. Green Drink
