Here were my eats from a typical Houston Tuesday…On Tuesday, I had 5 clients; took a 60 min Powerflow class at Big Yoga Houston; and soaked up the fresh air with a long walk with Lucy in between clients! You have to take advantage of days like that! Thanks Jenn for always hosting!
Breakfast…Hummusapien Strawberry Chocolate Chia Smoothie with Peanut Butter
Lunch…Quinoa Bowl with Asparagus, Tomatoes, and KALE
Snack…Healthy Bites!
Dinner…Sweet Potato Egg Kitchen Sink Deliciousness
