Responsible for monthly financial reporting in accordance with UK/China GAAP, statutory reporting and tax planning; budget, rolling forecast and cash mgmt, analyzing financial situation and identifying risks, on-time reporting with possible solutions
In charge of project financial planning, tracking and analysis, including costing and pricing analysis, short term/long term profitability, ROA, contingency planning, monitoring and analyzing variances, enforcing internal control.
Participated in business model analysis on new client development, tax, legal and costumes issues, prepared comprehensive financial proposal for potential clients, pricing and margin analysis, engaged in negotiations with counter parties directly.
Led a fast-paced but meticulous finance team, provided quality accounting service for clients, interfaced with UK HQ finance team.
Desired Skills and Experience
Fluent in English
Prefer has ACCA or another international certificate.
Rich experience in finance management.
Logistics or commercial finance management experience is plus.
