So let's go back in time.

Last Thursday to be exact for the Accessory Concierge party!

I was planning on leaving my house at 5:30 p.m. to head to the party that was

starting in Dallas at 7:00, even though it should only be about a 45 minute drive.

I had showered, done my hair and make-up, and slipped on the outfit that I had planned in my head earlier that day just in time to slip out the door and hit the road.

Well.

I threw my outfit on at about 5:25.

In my head, it was DARLING.

But in real life, not so much.

ruh-roh

Now it was 5:30, when I was supposed to be leaving, and I didn't like my outfit.

Dangit.

Luckily I had tried the below outfit on the day I received the dress in the mail, so I threw that same outfit back on and headed out the door.

#whew

Sadly, after featuring the dress on my Friday Favorites post last week, it is now sold out.

I will of course let you know if I ever see it back in stock, but for now, it's gone.  :(

This is my THANK HEAVENS I HAVE CLOTHES ON THAT I LIKE face.

So I head out the door (only about 5 minutes late), and I hit the road.

Scratch that.

I hit traffic.

And I spent a great majority of the hour and a half that I was sitting in traffic thinking to myself WHAT IN THE WORLD I was going to do if nobody showed up.

I knew two things would probably happen.

1)  I would most likely cry.

2)  I would most certainly buy tons and tons of jewelry.

:)

BUT GOOD NEWS EVERYBODY!

YOU GIRLS ROLLED OUT IN A SERIOUS WAY, AND I HAD THE BEST TIME!

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedules to come.

I know it had to take some careful planning for many of you with kids....and jobs....and after school kid's activities....and hubbies having to come home early from work....

BUT I AM SO THANKFUL THAT Y'ALL MADE IT HAPPEN!

I have lots of pictures from the event, and I also have a discount code for everybody!

WooHoo!

Everybody that shopped on Thursday night received 15% OFF,

and so the sweet girls at A.C. decided to extend the offer to y'all too.

So, for the next 48 hours, the code PTMT15 will get you 15% OFF!

(Since A.C. is a small retailer they cannot price adjust if you purchased things from them previously when they were not running a sale.  They wish they could, but they can't.  So sorry!)

So, let's get to some pictures from the night!

Lots of my girls came out to support me, which was so sweet!

These 3 girls have 9 kids between them, and they all managed to get everybody taken care of and get there.  Because they are awesome.  :)

Erika, Narci, me, and Andrea

(A couple of you asked me about Shay at the event.  She was at the Rangers/Red Sox game with her dad, or she totally would have been there too!!!  The day I announced when the party would be, she immediately called me so sad that she wouldn't be able to go. Shay's a big ol' PTMT cheerleader and hated that she missed it.  Love you friend!)

Selfie time!

Narci, Erika, me, and Kathryn

Kathryn is a blog reader that I've become friends with in real life!

She's also now on Erika's Rodan and Fields team!

Me and Andrea :)

One of my college besties piled lots of her friends into a suburban and made the trek from Aledo!

Thank you Lindsay!!!!

Here I am with Lindsay and all of her cute friends!

I tell ya, during this picture I was transported right back to college and yelled "party pic".  ;)

My dad was watching us take the picture, and I think he might have had a post traumatic stress episode remembering the Party Pics bills he used to receive. (Thanks Dad!)

You might recognize Jenn on the right because she went with me to go meet Chris Harrison last week. Jenn is also a blog reader turned real life friend!

And that's her sister Jamie (who I affectionately refer to as Cowboy)  :), who I am also friends with now!  And Jamie is college friends with Melanie!

We're just a big ol' ball of friends now, and I love it!

Jenn's daughter Maddie was taking the picture, but she was there too!

My sweet dad, who just might be the biggest PTMT fan out there.  Love you Dad! :)

And a selfie with mom and dad!

I have the most supportive and loving (and cutest) parents!  I'm a lucky girl!

And I also got to meet all of you precious people!

A couple of other friends of mine are in this collage as well.

Thank you Carla (a family friend) and Melanie (my former principal) for coming out!

And all of you girls who I met for the first time were just so dang sweet!

I got such a kick out of putting some faces to names and hearing about where you were from and how you had heard about the blog.

I really tried to make sure I talked to everybody, but if I missed you. I'm so sorry!

Also, if we got a picture together and you aren't seeing it in the collage it's because when I was transferring them from my phone to my computer, I think I lost a handful of them!  :(

I was overwhelmed by all of you in the best possible way!

I love the fact that I have engaged readers that are all DARLING, so easy to talk to, and just plain fun!

Here I am with the Accessory Concierge girls at the end of the night.

from left to right:  Amy, Amy, Caroline, and Jeannie

Here are some of you getting your shop on!

If you live in Dallas (or nearby!), you really need to check out the store for yourself.

The real Grand Opening is this Thursday, and y'all are welcome to go to that one too!

It's June 4th at 6:30.

And the store will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10-2.

Address:  4239 Lovers Lane Dallas, TX  75209

And check this out.

Look at the haul I have to take to the Genesis Women's Shelter!  I love that so many of you brought donations!

OKAY, LET'S GET TO THE SHOPPING!

Since you have 48 hours to shop at 15% OFF, I thought you might want to see

some of my new pieces!!!

CODE:  PTMT15

The Accessory Concierge girls sent me home with TONS of new items!

So over the weekend I spent a bit of time playing dress up.  First off, I had to decide which of these necklaces I was going to wear with this tee and fun skirt combo.

(Isn't the skirt precious?)

OUTFIT:

For size reference, I'm wearing a small in the tee and an x-small in the skirt.

NECKLACES:

Which one do you think I ended up going with?

Here's a pic of the necklaces that really shows off the detail!
If you can look at this picture on your phone and then zoom in, you will see how GORGEOUS these beads are!

I actually decided on THIS necklace!

This necklace is different for me, because it has silver metal on the tassel, and I normally gravitate towards gold....but I loved the beads and the fact that the silver was different!

The pictures don't do this necklace justice.

The beads are gorgeous (they are jasper, pyrite, and turquoise beads),

and it looks like a very expensive piece.

But THIS leather number came in a very close second.

The gold chain on this is so delicate and pretty (as are the beads), and I love the leather element on the tassel!

Here are some more cute skirts you might want to check out.

I also left with this next necklace, but only because the A.C. girls convinced me that I needed it.

To be honest, I wasn't sure.

But oh man, they were right!

It's greatness!

It really stands out, and I can see myself wearing it all year long.

(I'm already thinking how cute it will be paired with white jeans, a grey tank, and cognac sandals!)

(If you recall, this is the necklace I wore for like 2 weeks straight!)

And both bracelets I wore are from A.C. too!

And did you pay attention to the new addition to my tote?

You can thank my friend Cassie over at Hi Sugarplum for the inspiration here.

Cassie has been clipping a tassel on her totes since last year, and the look is just plain fun.

And this year?  Well, this year she's started attaching tassels to everything that stands still.

And if you want some different tote choices, check out these!
All for UNDER $50!

These tassel necklaces are new to my collection too.

They come in sets of 3, and you will love them!

The necklaces will vary a bit by color, and the necklaces I'm wearing are actually the old version.  The new version (the ones linked) actually have multi-color beads on each necklace!

And now, because I want everybody to find something they like so they can take advantage of the 15% OFF, I'm going to cut and paste other Accessory Concierge items from previous posts.

We're going to take a walk down Accessory Concierge Memory Lane if you will.

And I've gotta say, when seeing them all in one spot, my obsession with their pieces is borderline embarassing.  Just kidding.  I'm not embarrased.  I'm going to OWN my obsession.
