The Umbrella Corporation’s deadly T-virus continues to ravage the Earth, transforming the global population into legions of the flesh eating Undead. Without a safe haven, Alice continues to hunt those responsible for the outbreak; a chase that takes her from Tokyo to New York, Washington, D.C. and Moscow, culminating in a mind-blowing revelation that will force her to rethink everything that she once thought to be true. Last Friday, I had the opportunity with sista Amelia to attend the Premier Screening of Resident Evil: Retribution thanks to TGV Cinemas at Sunway Pyramid for giving us IMAX passes and a chance to meet with Li Bingbing who plays Ada Wong who made a special appearance in IMAX theater just a few minutes before the movie starts.

Premier passes of Resident Evil: Retribution have got 3D effects on the invite itself.

There's lots of action packed and 3D effects, be sure to experience it in IMAX at TGV Cinemas, Sunway Pyramid. You certainly don't wanna miss out when a giant axe just thrown towards your face *as if your really running for your lives while your watching*.

Although with the amazing 3D effects, graphics and actions, the movie I feel, lacks in storyline which I believe many had criticize on this. Though still entertaining to watch, there isn't a good story behind the entire movie as it's mearly trying to escape the facility. Wasn't as good compared to the previous Resident Evil: Afterlife 3D in terms of story and moments of characters, everything was just filled with actions and constant running.

With Ada Wong (Li BingBing) it did made the movie slightly more interesting plus, the length of the movie surprisingly wasn't long, it's just 1 hour 35 minutes but it had managed to kept all the fast pace and non-stop action that kept you excited throughout the movie which is also a better reason to watch it in IMAX 3D, else your just missing out on the actions.

Nevertheless, Resident Evil: Retribution had its flaws but was still very enjoyable and intense.

Here's the trailer. Plus, special introduction by Milla Jovovich speaking to fans of TGV Cinemas!
