How do you know BBs are buying?
1. Price Surge
- usually will not last for more than 6 days
2. Volume shows big players are in
- price move up strongly with high volume
3. Price consolidation is stable
- after price move up consolidation at small range and price remain higher than break up point
4. Volume shows accumulation
- every dip down with smaller volume and up with bigger volume
After enter the trade, must be patient and WAIT for price surge, sometimes can be few weeks or months. Just monitor the down day is small volume and price remain higher than break up point.
Take profit time when there is 3 consecutive down days (including doji as doji is consider as down day), this indicates the run up momentum is exhausted.
Two ways of playing stocks - buy directly (20% winning rate) vs using options (80% winning rate)
Options can be on stocks, index futures, commodities and currencies.
Best return will be on agriculture (eg wheat, corn, coffee, cotton, crude oil etc) as there is seasonal pattern.
** Natural gas is not a good option instrument.

B) Consolidation Phase ( 9 months - 2 years)
- Sideway market and lots of uncertainties
- Index below all time high
- Index might hit 2 times resistance level (deadly cliff)
- People questioning government stimulus policy
- Invest in safe assess (REITS, Gold etc)
- Invest in good fundamental stock with strong earning and out perform estimate earning (eg. Starbucks, Nu Skin etc)
- Reduce blue chips go for growth small or mid cap stocks
- Hold mid term or short term porfolio
**Note: For new IPO stock buy only after one year observation
C) Super Growth Phase ( 2 sub-phases High int rate or low int rate environment)
- No duration, depending on economy
- Honey moon part 2 up run period
- Inflation kicks in, leads to rise in int rate
- Investors short safe assets (sell REITS, Gold etc)
- Abundant blue chip stocks focus on growing small cap stocks
- No value investing in high int rate environment
**Note: Wait for crash when int rate rises 2.5 to 3 times from the low, especially property market will crash. Index will drop 15% to 20%
