As your Member of Congress, I am committed to serving you and assisting you with various issues that may arise with the federal government. There are several resources available through my office for the people of the 32nd Congressional District, many of which I have highlighted below.
Casework
If you are encountering difficulties with a federal agency, my office can act as a liaison between you and the federal government in order to help you resolve the issue. In order to assist you, my office must have a written and signed privacy consent form from you so the federal agency we are working with can allow us to access your information.
Whether you are having a problem with Medicare, Social Security, taxes, your passport or any other government-related issue, my office is happy to help. For more detailed information on the different casework areas, frequently asked questions and the privacy consent form, please visit http://sessions.house.gov/index.cfm/casework or call my Dallas office at 972.392.0505.
Service Academy Nominations
The nomination process for U.S. Service Academy selection begins in the spring semester of a student’s junior year. In order to begin the process with my office, please send a letter to my District Office expressing your desire to attend one of the five military academies and include the following information:
Your name and contact information (phone – home and cell, e-mail and home address)
Your anticipated graduation date
Your parents names
The Service Academy you are interested in attending
To select the nominees, I have an Academy Selection Board chaired by Chad Hennings, which reviews all applications to determine which candidates will be interviewed. Interviews are held in November and nominations are made no later than December 31st each year. For questions or more information, please contact Sandy Pappas in my District Office at 972.392.0505.
Tours in Washington, DC
As you know, Washington D.C. is filled with many exciting and historic attractions. If you ever have the opportunity to visit the D.C. area, please feel free to contact my office so that we can arrange your visit and help make your experience in our nation’s capital.

Visit my website https://sessions.house.gov/index.cfm/tour-requests
Fill in all of the required contact information and select which tours you would like to go on. Additional security information will be needed for both Pentagon and White House tours, which you will send in after we have received your tour request form.
In the special needs and requests box, please specify arrival and departure times, including times you are available for tours.
After we have received your tour request form, we will contact you with further instructions and information needed to secure your requested tours.
