I have a laptop with a Windows 8. To avoid data loss during reinstall, I moved My Documents, Music, Pictures, and similar special folders to a separated partition.
After a disk damage, I replaced the old disk with new one, and i cloned everything what I could to the new disk. Unfortunatly, the data partition was not cloneable, because the damage caused here.
Because I didn't have any important data on this partition yet, I decided to simply format the partition later - after I checked the cloned Windows works correctly.
The Windows works without problem, and it re-created the special folders on the data partition after formatting, but without special icons (desktop.ini was missed from these folders).
How can I give back special icons on these folders?
