Principal Accountabilities
* 7+ years' experience in software testing out of which 3+ years of experience organizing and leading test automation projects
* Hands on experience in developing test automation framework
* Must have experience in Selenium, Robot Framework and HP Quick Test Pro (QTP)/UFT
* Experience in keyword, data driven and Hybrid framework
* Experience in any Script less automation framework will be added advantage
* Extensive hands on experience in programming languages - Java, Python, VB
* Experience in Mobile testing and automation tools (Perfecto, SeeTest, ROBOTIUM etc.)
* Working knowledge on automation of web services testing and API testing
* Experience in Test Automation Strategy and planning creation and implementation
* Good knowledge in creation of automation estimate, scheduling and project planning
* Experience working with an agile product development / product design team is an added advantage
* Experience in Banking, Finance , Insurance and Capital Market domain
* Fair knowledge on the project processes, and guiding team on tailoring them for project needs
* Experience working in Offshore/Onshore model
* Good interpersonal & communication skills
* Manage a medium to large team and resolve issues and dependencies in the team
* Good team player and presentation skills
* Need to interact proactively with all stakeholders at onsite
Knowledge and Skills:
* Should have experience / knowledge of the below mentioned Testing tools.
Must:
* HP QTP, BPT, HPQC/ALM
* Selenium
* Robot Framework
Should have experience / knowledge of the below mentioned programming Languages.
* Python, JAVA, VB
Should have experience / knowledge of the below mentioned technologies.
* Client Server
* Web Service
* DB Server (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MS Access)
Should have experience / knowledge of the below mentioned domains.
* Retail/Core Banking
* Desired:
* Insurance
* Capital Market
