X.509 SCEP Support for MDMs and other Resources

Many enterprises want to take advantage of SecureAuth’s cloud-based certificate services – via their pre-existing certificate delivery systems.  The most common of these requirements come enterprises wanting to use their MDMs, such as MobileIron and AirWatch, for certificate delivery to their mobile users.   SecureAuth supports these certificate request via the industry standard SCEP protocol.   Thus enterprises, get all the security advantages of X.509 certificates, without the headache of supporting the PKI infrastructure.

Wizard for Airwatch MDM  - 2-Factor Authentication

MDMs are important to enterprises – and the authentication of users during user MDM registration is vital to a secure mobile roll-out.   SecureAuth provides this integration via it’s 2-factor authentication based on enterprise credentials.

SecureAuth 7.4 – Improvements for 2-Factor Authentication

Chrome Extension based OATH-Token

SecureAuth has it’s own TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) tokens.   The form factors include an Android App, an iOS app, a Blackberry app, a Windows app and a Mac App.   Now SecureAuth adds a universal chrome-based extension to its OATH toke support.   Thus users can use virtually any device to generate a 1-time access code, as long as they are securely registered via the SecureAuth IdP authentication system.

Support for Symantec VIP 2-Factor Authentication

SecureAuth not only supports it own authentication mechanisms  (SMS, Telephony, PUSH, OATH Token, Fingerprinting, x.509) but also has a broad range support of other 3rd party authentication mechanisms  (CAC/PIV, X.509 Smart Cards, OATH tokens from HID and other parties, NFC Prox Cards, Yubikey USB keys, Microsoft and Google OATH authenticators and others.)

To add to this extensive list, SecureAuth IdP now allows enterprises to utilize Symantec VIP in the SecureAuth Identity and Access Funnel.

SecureAuth 7.4 – Improvements for Enterprise Access Control

SecureAuth SSO support for CAS SSO Clients  (Central Authentication Service)

One of the common request for SecureAuth is for SSO integration into other SSO technologies.   SecureAuth is designed for enterprise integration – and thus SecureAuth encourages these request – and delivers.  For CAS, SecureAuth is able to construct post-authentication tokens that a CAS-enabled client will consume.

SecureAuth PDP support for CA SiteMinder

SecureAuth has made major improvement on it’s PDP service that enables enterprises to enforce their CA SiteMinder policies via other authentication mechanisms.    SecureAuth has perfected the utilization in a rapid and scalable fashion.    One of our most scalable of solutions is for the F5 APM, enables enterprises to remove their CA agents and utilize F5 APM as the enforcement point.   SecureAuth made major improvement on performance for both authentication and authorization for CA SiteMinder policies.

Relentless pursuit of perfection for 2-Factor Access Control – that is SecureAuth and SecureAuth 7.4 exemplifies this mission.
