## Description
The candidate will focus on >$100M Distributor Inventory Strategy and Program management as part of enabling 40Mu Tablets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Tablets distributors' inventory reporting which includes handling the weekly data scrubbing, conducting inventory reconciliation per established process and guidelines, determine stocking fees as per contract terms. You will also be interacting with authorized distributors to guide them through Intel reporting requirements and be responsible for accurate reporting. Ad hoc projects may be assigned to improve the work process, drive LEAN in process/tools/system and analysis of inventory trends as well as the disti programs effectiveness in the Tablets business.
The candidate is responsible for the strategies, planning, and oversight Super BOM forecast, drive inventory target with distributors. Drive close functional supply chain collaboration from respective stakeholders (BUs, Commodity, Finance, Sales and Marketing) in assuring inventory requirement are coordinated effectively and accurately.
The candidate shall be responsible to drive leading indicator such as constraint analysis, inventory analysis, Plan/POR, benchmarking and reporting in Tablet Supply Output Max meeting.
## Qualifications
The candidate should possess a Bachelor of Arts degree or a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, Finance and/or Management field with minimum 8 years of experience.
Required Strategic Analytical skills, Innovative, Detail-oriented Proven expecially in Inventory Mgmt/Systems. Deep Supply Chain acumen ability to lead in a matrixed environment
