The resources shall have the following Job Descriptions:

Administrative Coordinator

Role: Admin/Coordinator will take charge of the project, ensuring teams are on track, following up on goal-setting and meeting KPIs, giving advice when required, connecting teams to required resources internally and externally (including mentors), take charge of scheduling, communication, reporting, enforcing Accelerator culture and ensuring the program is on track.

Primary responsibilities:

Mentor support & liaison

GP and SD ASIA liaison, including facility bookings, scheduling, permissions and obtaining authority approvals for agreed upon requirements.

Manage application process

Liaison with Sponsors

SD ASIA team’s 1st point of contact once selected and throughout the Programme for the startup teams

Follow weekly sessions/timeline and follow up with mentors

Responsible for regular social media updates and blog posts on team progress and Internal news

Management of Admin Team

Assist in executing and organizing events

Desired Skills:

Familiar with Social Media such as Facebook/Twitter

Familiar with Google Mail /Google Drive /Skype and their Marketing

Familiar with MailChimp to send updates

Familiar with Google Analytics

High organization skills

General requirement:

Good written and verbal English skills

Be capable of generating business presentations to communicate updates internally

Experience:

Familiar with the tech/startup scene

Administrative Support Assistant – 1

This position is a full-time Administrative Support position which provides a full range of moderate to complex clerical/secretarial work assignments in support of the accelerator program. The incumbent reports directly to the Administrator of the project but interacts with a wide range of staff, startup founder, external stakeholders and community leaders. However, the employee is primarily responsible only for his/her own work. Assistant Admin will assist Admin/Coordinator and Management, as well as be able to provide day-to-day, on-the-ground business guidance to teams.

Responsibilities also includes:

A full range of moderate to complex clerical and secretarial assignments involving the use of judgment and discretion, as well as use of Excel and presentation skills

Day to day work is performed with general instruction, including new or unusual assignments. Independence and initiative occasionally required

Proofread letters and documents

Practical, thorough and creative solutions are required

Assignments and projects often involve coordinating with other work groups to gather routine information or solve problems

Thorough knowledge of office methods, procedures and practices

Fluency in using standard office software packages

Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

Provide General Office Support:

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will supplement startup teams to provide assistance in building out their products and marketing materials, helping accelerate the rates of product development. The Graphic Designer would have strong visual communication skills with an eye to detail with a wide ranging portfolio. The Graphic Designer will understand how to begin from concept to wireframe through to delivery keeping the customer and user experience at front of mind. A strong understanding of web application UX and design principles is desirable as The Graphic Designer will be working on a number of projects from web applications, product design, marketing materials to general branding strategy.

Responsibilities Also includes:

Developing graphical assets working from wireframe through to finished assets for front end developers.

Design of user interface for web dashboard

Design of mobile web applications for specific tech business

Liaising directly with Product and Engineering teams to implement designs within our solution.

Provide strategic support and guidance on effective UX practices for creating a simple and engaging user experience.

Design components, pages and screens for our tech brand Android and iOS applications – a key understanding of best practice on latest OS would be desirable.

Prepare high quality mock-ups for labels

Design graphics for trade ads and related promotional graphics

Keep up with current trends both from marketing perspective and a graphic point of view

Prepare posts for social media and website

Desired Skills:

Detailed knowledge and expertise in Adobe CS Program specially Illustrator & Photoshop

Designing logos; icons; banners; blending of images

Extremely Creative with Web theme designs, web banners, and web buttons/icons

Ability to design and prepare material for print.

Experience of Clipping Path

HTML/CSS skill will be plus

Understanding of how to create a simple UX and experience for web projects.

Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Can plan effectively and work well with multiple teams.

Has a passion for customer experience and adding value in a team environment.

General requirement:

A degree in Graphics Design or something similar.

Experience in development of a brand strategy.

An understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and basic Javascript.

PHP Developer

The Developers will supplement startup teams to provide assistance in building out their products, helping accelerate the rates of product development. Based on team requirement and support needed developers will work on weekly sprint. Developers will also provide advice by helping startup developers solve problems.

Years of Experience: 1 – 3 years

Responsibilities/requirements:

Analyze, design and develop dynamic Web site based on project document.

Solid experience in based Object Oriented Programming for minimum 3 year.

Solid experience in MVC Framework like Laravel, Yii etc.

HTML/ XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap.

Experience with SQL is a must.

Experience with Mongo is a plus.

Experience in PHP Web Application Debugging.

Must have experience with Facebook APIs.

Android Developer

Years of Experience: 1 – 3 years

Responsibilities/requirements:

Clear Understanding of Android application development concepts with good command on OOP

2 to 3 years of hands-on Android application development experience

Debugging Develop mobile applications for Android as core developer

Experience integrating mobile applications with server side APIs (Primarily JSON payloads)

Understanding of how to optimize workflow through efficient process and use of technology

Client Communication

Ability to meet deadlines and achieve specified results.

Should follow the standard coding convention.
