What we thought then …
Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) tells Hanna (Ashley Benson) that Jenna (Tammin Sursok) paid him to get close to Hanna in order to find some kind of key she thinks Alison (Sasha Pieterse) gave the girls.
Jenna was right about the key to Alison’s storage locker, but she definitely guessed wrong about which Liar had it. It wasn’t Alison’s doppelganger, Hanna, who received the key, it was the sometime-object of her affections, Emily (Shay Mitchell).
Emily has a revelation about a snow globe Alison gave her and finds the key, which in turns leads the girls to a flash drive full of the videos of them.
That’s the big “A”/mystery development, except for Spencer (Troian Bellisario) getting locked in the fun house, which is pretty harsh. Fun houses and clowns are so terrifying. Not cool, “A.” Not cool.
What we know now …
Alison had no part in filming the videos the girls found — we now know that was all N.A.T. club stuff.
The N.A.T. club, which stands for “Nos Animadverto Totus” (or “we see all”), was formed by Ian (Ryan Merriman), Jason DiLaurentis (Drew Van Acker) and Garrett Reynolds (Yani Gellman).

“A”, despite her penchant for spying on the Liars, does not hold with these older men spying on teenage girls and appears to be targeting them for a good chunk of the first half of the series, since two of them end up dead and another has his fair share of near-misses.
Finally, when Ian rescues Spencer from the fun house, he seems genuinely concerned for her, which lends some weight to the idea that by this point in the series, he felt bad about his relationship with Alison and the N.A.T. club stuff, and he was protecting his wife, Melissa (Torrey DeVitto) and her sister because he thought they were actually the guilty ones.
Hindsight hilarity …
You guys, this is the “website page” episode. Possibly on of the funniest mistakes to ever make it to air in the history of TV, “PLL” invents its own version of Facebook, where Aria (Lucy Hale) discovers Ezra’s (Ian Harding) former fiancee, Jackie (Paloma Guzman).

But they never came up with a good name for it and twice in the episode the temporary dubbing “website page” made it into the actual show. Amazing.
Creepiest dude award goes to …
Garrett is apparently tailing not only Spencer but Aria too, as he ends up at Mr. Fitz’s apartment and wants to have a chat. Now, he’s definitely menacing toward Ezra, but objectively, if he thought a teacher was sleeping with one of his students, he’s also doing his job, so instead of giving it to Garrett, we gotta go with …
Aria. Sorry, babe, but we’re breaking the gender barrier for this one. Stalking Ezra’s ex-fiancee via her “website page” coupled with the creepy paper bag stunt definitely makes you the biggest weirdo of the episode.
