ABC Family has given the thumbs up to “Young & Hungry” Season 3.

The announcement comes on the same day the half-hour comedy kicks off the second half of its sophomore season.

Emily Osment and Jonathan Sadowski lead the ensemble show about a wealthy tech company founder and his personal chef trying to find a way to work together while falling in and out of love with each other.

The History Channel’s summer series “Alone” also celebrates a green light for Season 2.

“‘Alone’ is a groundbreaking series that has truly connected with audiences,” says the channel’s head of programming Paul Cabana. “In today’s crowded landscape, it is incredibly rewarding to see a new series break through the clutter and grow week after week.”

The series concludes its first season on Aug. 20 at 10 p.m. ET.
