Introduction
The story based on sarabjit the movie has been in news for a long time and finally the movie hit the screens today.
The movie seems to be interesting as the movies trailer created waves. Now the movie finally hit the screens today. Aishwrya Roy playing the role of Sarajith’s sister and Randeep Hooda playing the sikh hero gave an extra attraction. Let us see how the movie is?
The story
A young man from sikh community who lives close to Pakistan happened to cross the border and enters into Pakistan. The Pakistan Police arrests him and charged with several offences of bomb blasts, terrorism in Pakistan and working as a secret agent for India in Pakistan etc.
His sister searches every nook and corner for years of time in Pakistan and India. But he was hanged to death in Pakistan for all the above crimes.
Saranjith singhs sister Dalbir Kour is played by Aishwarya Roy.
Aishwarya Roy steals the show and she gave the life for the movie and brings the audience to the show. The actress proved her mettle once again.
Randeep Hooda steals the show in a handful of ways. His appearance and his happy moments in his native place and his troubled days and deep distressed and sorrowful moments in Pakistan and terror in his face keep the audience to follow him into the character.
Richa Chadha is simple and easy with her role.
Darshan Kumar who played the role of a lawyer in Pakistan for Sarbjit is really fine.
Others too played well in their roles.
Analysis
The movie maker tried to keep the audience to tie the audience to their chairs. Once the character sarabjit is arrested in Pakistan the story takes a turn and serious.
The scenes were really fantastic and keep the audience in deep shock and feels along with Sarbjit. The dialogues and the expressions create patriotism among the audience.
The hunt for sarbjit by Dalbir is interestingly shot. The cries of Sarbjit for requesting for saving his life made every dip tears from their hearts.
Technicalities
The screenplay is excellent and the dialogues are simple, natural; and effective.
The cinematography is alright. The editing is Okay.
The director of the movie Omung Kumar gave another life story think of us after Mary Kom
Verdict
A must watch for every Indian.
