It’s not often you see UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor lost for words…

After the madness of the UFC 205 press conference, fans thought the drama had finally come to an end. Seeing a historic official debut in New York for the UFC, tonight’s event in the Madison Square Garden is highly anticipated.

Without even talking about the min event, UFC 205 is stacked to the gills. When you think about the potentially record breaking fight at the top of the card, the hype goes to an all new level.

Conor McGregor vs. Eddie Alvarez

Topping off a truly incredible card is the lightweight championship match everyone is talking about. Nobody has done more talking about this fight thatn Conor McGregor, though. Typically of the brash Irish striker, he’s made good of the opportunity to bash the lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez.

‘The Silent Assassin’ isn’t usually known for his trash talking, but he came up with a gem of a comment this week. During a heated debate after the UFC 205 press conference, Alvarez literally owned McGregor.

Conor McGregor speechless?!?

With all the talk ‘The Notorious’ does about money, it’s actually surprising that no one has mentioned this before. McGregor had no comeback for that gem of a comment by Alvarez, but how will the fight itself go down?

Conor McGregor’s training partner and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu demi-God Dillon Danis made an interesting prediction this week. Speaking with Submission Radio, the BJJ black belt said Alvarez will be done even quicker than Jose Aldo was:

3 Seconds?

“I feel like it’ll be a knockout – either late in the first or maybe early second, or it could be a quick one. It could be quicker than Jose Aldo, maybe three seconds. He has a three-second knockout, so it could be really quick because Eddie just charges in and Conor’s too precise. He’s gonna pick him apart and he’s gonna knock him out, I feel. Yeah. Tell Eddie to come try. He’ll see what’s gonna happen. He’s gonna hit him from everywhere and if he tries to come in, he’s gonna elbow his face up. So he’s gonna beat him up bad, I think.”
