Signorina by Salvatore Ferragamo
With Christmas on our doorstep, a close inspection of this season’s fragrant offerings uncovers a panoply of enthralling aromas. With photographer Ben Reeves, we unearth the mineral compositions of this end-of-year’s key fragrances, capturing the floral tones and odorous wooden bases in the reflective crystalline compositions of quartz, agate and celestite, designed by Rebecca Rose Carey. Playing on the organicity of the floral bouquets of Signorina, Reveal by Calvin Klein and Dahlia Divin, and exalting the rich woodiness of Euphoria Gold Men, Jimmy Choo MAN and Wild, we confront elements in this Schön! still-life.
First of all, the signature scent by Salvatore Ferragamo takes us on an olfactive journey through the remote corners of a summer garden, with jasmine and rosy peony building up the heart of this feminine fragrance. Saccharine top notes of creamy panna cotta have us dreaming of a high-summer season. The sophisticated design of the bottle displays a grosgrain Vara ribbon, making Signorina a truly enchanting gift.

Reveal by Calvin Klein
Euphoria Gold Men is the latest addition to the vast and diverse array of Calvin Klein fragrances. This spicy composition will titillate your senses, with top notes of ginger and pepper, whilst a base of amber, patchouli and suede bring depth and a fervently masculine body to this captivating fragrance. Paired with its feminine counterpart, Reveal, Euphoria Gold Men is a perfectly warm winter fragrance. Reveal, launched by Calvin Klein in September, is a sensual experience, with a heart of orris and a drydown which reveals hints of sandalwood and musk. A floral fancy, Reveal is both sleek and refined, a boldly seductive fragrance for this end of year.
Wild by DSquared2
In keeping with Dean and Dan’s signature sexy appeal, Wild, launched in September, is as speedy and racey as DSquared2’s signature designs. It’s as woody as it is earthy, with resinous tones of Cypress and opoponax. With a bottle firmly encased in leather straps, Wild embodies all that is sensual and provocative about the DSquared2 man.
Dahlia Divin by Givenchy
With its inebriating golden tones, Dahlia Divin is as svelte as a Givenchy Couture gown. Golden fruits open the perfume, with Mirabelle plum tones announcing the more floral tones of Jasmine. The woody base of Chypre is resonant, and joins vetiver, sandalwood and patchouli in the elegantly feminine composition. Joining the now iconic Dahlia Noir, this new Givenchy fragrance is a beautifully enthralling ode to understated opulence.

Rosa Nobile by Acqua di Parma
Acqua di Parma undoudtedly epitomises the finesse of Italian savoir-faire. A dapper reinterpretation of Acqua di Parma’s sophisticated colonia, Colonia Intensa is a citrus-based composition, whose intense base notes of neroli, leather, benzoin and ginger build up a stately aroma. Rosa Nobile, on the other hand, celebrates the botanical wonder that is the centifolia rose or Rose de mai. Cultivated with care in Piedmont, the rose is hand-picked at dawn, during a 40 day period that runs between May and June, so as to capture the full glory of the flower.
MAN by Jimmy Choo
Adding to the family of fragrances, Jimmy Choo launched Jimmy Choo MAN earlier this year. This full-bodied fragrance delicately balances the woody tones of fougère with the more fruity tops of mandarin and pineapple. A base of amberwood and patchouli add body to a floral hint of lavender. Its resonant musky tones are sure to enthrall and captivate this festive season.
