This is a firm family favourite. Here's the way my mum always made it.
Ingredients
2 packets Choc Ripple Biscuits
600ml cream
2 Tbsp icing sugar
1 Flake or grated chocolate (optional)
Method
Whip the cream, then add the icing sugar.
In a dish place a layer of biscuits followed by a layer of cream. Repeat this until everything is used up.
Leave in the fridge over night to set.
