DOWNERS GROVE, IL—(Marketwired – May 15, 2015) – Advocate Health Care has been awarded a “System for Change” Award from Practice Greenhealth, a leading health care community that empowers its members to increase their efficiencies and environmental stewardship while improving patient safety. This is the 7th consecutive time Advocate has earned the recognition. The announcement was made today.
The award recognizes health systems that are working cohesively to gather data, set system goals, benchmark, and share successes in environmental performance.
