Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) White Sands Missile Range is issuing a PRE–SOLICITATION NOTICE for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to resurface tennis courts at White Sands Missile Range. This acquisition is Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) 100% set aside for NAICS 237990 (Size Standard $36.5 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000.
The purpose of this project is to perform resurfacing tennis courts (includes lead paint abatement) on White Sands Missile Range. All work under this contract will be performed within the confines of White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. Wage Determination; General Decision Number NM150014 02/06/2015 NM14; Superseded General Decision Number: NM20140014; State: New Mexico; Construction Type: Heavy; Counties: Dona Ana, will govern work under this contract Performance and payment bonds, in the bid amount, are required for this contract.
A bid guarantee in the amount of 20% of the bid price is also required. An organized site visit will be conducted for this procurement on 1 July 2015 at 1300 hours, Mountain Time at Building 143 Crozier Street, White Sands Missile Range, NM. Under this contract, the contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions.
