Dragan Bujesovic has been appointed the new head of the Serbian public broadcaster RTS.
According to Balkan Insight, he was chosen from a total of 12 candidates and will assume his position in a month.
Bujesovic has already said his priorities will be dealing with RTS’ financial difficulties and maintaining programmes.
In the case of news, the broadcaster should keep it as it is, maintaining the professional level or improving it if possible.
