This is about overcoming your own darkness within by coming face to face with primordial darkness..leading to you own inner light. It's about viewing yourself as a predator instead of a victim..also viewing death and rebirth in a new light.
He does go into assuming the Chi of others to empower your energy..there are just a few references to this. His main focus is on transformation and becoming a God in your own right.
What does he/you mean by "PRIMORDIAL DARKNESS"? Is this CHAOS? Or something else perhaps?
For me personally... my "Dark and Light" sides are seen as EQUALLY NECESSARY AND IMPORTANT for me, and thus, both are "tended to".. so
the idea of "OVERCOMING" one side sounds... confusing and unnecessary to me? Why not work WITH it instead of AGAINST it?
Are we not the enemies of our own selves in enough ways? ;]

The term "SPIRITUAL VAMPIRISM" makes me scream with horror and... well... almost left without words lol.

I'd never actually heard this term "spiritual vampirism" before this thread and when I went to google it...
well... it made me wish I never had.
The ability for humans to feed on energy is not a new concept, and it's possible through simply learning how to do it.
I agree fully with Adelphia though, feeding on OTHER PEOPLE is not cool...
It all sounds like someone took basic and more commonly known terms for certain things -
i.e PSY VAMPIRE and ENERGY FEEDING / MANIPULATION, and
slapped them with entirely new names they came up with.. then
painted them into a story book mixed with one another.. add religion... illuminaty... DARK FORCES...
It just sounds like a slaughtering and mash up of simple and well known things :[
The section on Persian sorcery speaks of Daevas that represent various negative qualities that one has to overcome and intergrate within their own being in order to grow in illumination. You balance both the dark and the light. These Daevas can be summoned and then you draw them into yourself in order to work on the particular aspect that each Daeva represents. You are blending their energy with yours. This is just an option.
Psychic vampirism also includes drawing energy from nature, sound and ambient energy. The idea is to become an illuminated being that embraces total freedom.
The person who wrote this book (Michael Ford) is the same guy who wrote the Luciferian Goetia that is quoted on this very site oftentimes.
